Why we narrowed to dentistry
Generalist web agencies treat dental practices as a slightly awkward version of a normal small business. They are not. Dentistry is regulated by the GDC, inspected by the CQC, advertised under the CAP Code and, where facial aesthetics are involved, constrained by the MHRA.
An agency that builds for plumbers on Monday and dentists on Tuesday will not know that a clinician cannot be called a specialist unless they are on a GDC specialist list, or that naming Botox promotionally on a public website is illegal. We find both of those on existing dental sites constantly.
Narrowing to one profession means the compliance knowledge is built into the process rather than bolted on at the end.
The numbers
We did the research before we built anything
Before launching we counted every claimed dental practice on Google within four miles of 39 locations across London and Essex. Westminster has 617. Braintree has 2. Two thousand two hundred and fifty-nine within forty miles of central London.
Then we asked ChatGPT how to build a website for a dental clinic. It cited sources in Turkey, the United States and India. Not one UK agency. Not one mention of the GDC.
Those two findings shaped the whole business: local pages built from real competitor counts rather than a template, and AI visibility treated as a genuine service rather than a buzzword.

We write the structure and copy first and you approve it before anything is designed. Then we design, you get two full rounds of feedback, we run a GDC and CQC compliance check, and we launch.

How big is the team?
Deliberately small. You deal with the person who writes and builds your site, from the first message through to launch. There is no account management layer, which is part of why we can charge less than the large dental agencies for comparable work.
Why do you publish your prices?
Because six of the seven best-known UK dental web agencies do not, and we think a practice principal should be able to work out a budget without booking a call. It also means the enquiries we get are from people who already know roughly what this costs.
Do you work outside London and Essex?
Yes. We cover London and Essex in depth because that is where we have done the local research street by street, but the build process is identical anywhere in the UK and everything is done remotely.
Do you work with more than one practice in the same area?
We will tell you honestly if we are already working with a direct competitor in your immediate catchment, and we will not take both without both practices knowing.
