GDC & CQC compliant as standard

Website design for dental implant clinics

An implant clinic website has one job: convert a patient who is considering a £2,000 to £25,000 decision. That is a long, anxious, research-heavy process, and the site has to answer cost, credentials and risk before it asks for anything. We build implant sites from £1,495.

  • Finance front and centre, because cost is the first objection
  • Clinical credentials presented properly, with GDC numbers
  • Case galleries built with consent and ASA compliance in place

Understanding the decision

The implant patient is not browsing

Someone researching implants has usually been thinking about it for months. They have often had a bad experience, they are frequently embarrassed, and they are trying to work out whether they can afford it and whether you are any good.

They will read far more of your website than a check-up patient ever would. That means depth wins: what the procedure actually involves, how long it takes, what it costs in full including the parts people forget, what happens if it fails, and who exactly will be doing it.

Practices that publish this material get fewer enquiries and considerably better ones. The people who ring have already decided you are credible.

Finance

Cost is the first objection, so answer it first

The single most common failure on implant clinic websites is hiding the price. A patient who cannot find a number assumes the worst and leaves.

Publish a range with what is and is not included. Single implant from, full arch from, and what the consultation costs. Then put finance next to it: monthly figures do more work than total figures, and 0% options should be visible rather than mentioned at the consultation.

Our Kingsway concept was drawn for exactly this: a dark, restrained implant site with finance in the hero rather than buried on a payments page.

Trust

Credentials do the rest

Named clinicians with GDC registration numbers, relevant postgraduate qualifications and, where applicable, entry on the GDC specialist list. Implant dentistry is not a protected specialty in the same way as orthodontics, so being precise about what your qualifications actually are matters both legally and commercially.

Case galleries with genuine before-and-after photography, documented patient consent for each case, and no retouching that exaggerates the result. The ASA takes a close interest in this area and dental implant advertising has been the subject of rulings.

FAQs

Questions dentists ask us

Should we publish implant prices on the website?

We strongly recommend it. Implant patients research for months and a page with no price loses to one that has it. Publish a from price and what it includes, with finance shown as a monthly figure alongside.

What are the rules on before-and-after photographs?

The ASA requires images to be genuine, representative and not retouched in ways that exaggerate the outcome, and you need documented consent from each patient. We build the gallery with the consent record and disclaimers structured in.

Can we describe ourselves as implant specialists?

Only with care. Implant dentistry is not a GDC specialist list title in the way orthodontics or periodontics are, so describing a clinician as a “specialist in implants” can breach GDC guidance. Describing relevant qualifications and experience accurately is the safer and equally persuasive route.

How do we compete with the large implant chains?

On the clinician. Chains sell a process; independent clinics sell a named person who will do the work. A properly built practitioner page with credentials, case examples and a photograph outperforms corporate positioning for this treatment.

Is a separate page needed for full-arch treatment?

Usually yes. Single implants and full-arch are different decisions at different price points with different patients. Separate pages convert better and rank for genuinely different searches.
