Essential, £50 a month
Hosting, SSL certificate, weekly backups and uptime monitoring. Security and software updates. Up to 30 minutes of content changes a month, which covers most fee updates and staff changes.
An annual GDC and CQC website compliance check: registration numbers still correct, complaints procedure present, no clinician incorrectly described as a specialist, fee list current. Regulations and staff both change, and a site that was compliant at launch is not necessarily compliant two years later.
Analytics and Search Console set up and reported. Thirty days’ notice, no lock-in.

Google Business Profile managed with weekly posts and review responses. Local SEO citations and name, address and phone consistency. Two pieces of content a month, written for citation. Complete SEO plus full AI visibility
Authority, +£1,997 a month
Everything in Visibility across 100 keywords and AI prompts, with AI visibility treated as its own discipline rather than an add-on: entity and knowledge panel work, monthly competitor citation gap analysis, and content written specifically to be quoted.
Plus six to eight content pieces a month, treatment-level landing pages, multi-location coverage for groups, and digital PR and citation building to earn the links AI systems weight. Monthly report.
The maths is straightforward: a single implant case is worth £2,000 to £3,000, so Authority pays for itself on less than one extra patient a month. It is aimed at groups and implant or cosmetic practices, not single surgeries.

Is the Essential plan compulsory?
It is included with every build because it covers hosting, security and the annual compliance check, which is what keeps the site online and legal. It runs on 30 days’ notice, so you are not tied in.
Do we have to take Visibility or Authority?
No. Most practices start on Essential alone. Visibility and Authority are growth plans for practices that want to push harder on search and AI, and you can add or drop either at any time.
What counts as a content change on Essential?
Fee updates, opening hours, staff changes, adding a treatment to a list, swapping a photograph. Thirty minutes covers most months. Anything larger we will quote separately or you can move up a plan.
Why is the compliance check annual?
Because clinicians join and leave, fees change and guidance is updated. A site that was compliant at launch drifts. The annual check catches registration numbers for departed staff, out-of-date fee lists and claims that are no longer accurate.
Can we host it ourselves?
Yes. The site is yours including the code. If you would rather host it elsewhere we will hand it over, though the compliance check and updates would then be on you.
