Dental website pricing

Our prices are on this page, which is rarer than it should be. Builds start at £1,495 and every build includes the Essential plan at £50 a month. Six of the seven best-known UK dental web agencies publish nothing at all.

Monthly plans

Keeping it working afterwards

Every build includes the Essential plan at £50 a month. Visibility and Authority are optional growth plans you can add at any time, or not at all.

PlanMonthlyKeywords & AI promptsWhat it is
Essential
Included with every build
£50Maintenance onlyHosting, SSL, weekly backups, uptime monitoring, security updates, 30 minutes of content changes a month, annual GDC and CQC website compliance check, analytics and Search Console reporting.
Visibility
Optional extra
+£49730Search engine optimisation with AI optimisation. Core SEO is the engine: 30 target keywords, on-page work, local SEO citations, name, address and phone consistency, Google Business Profile managed with weekly posts and review responses, two pieces of content a month, review generation, conversion tracking. Content is also structured for AI, and we track how you appear in ChatGPT, AI Overviews, Perplexity and Gemini. Monthly report.
Authority
Optional extra
+£1,997100Complete SEO plus full AI visibility. Everything in Visibility across 100 keywords and AI prompts, with AI visibility as a discipline in its own right: entity and knowledge panel work, competitor citation gap analysis every month, and content written specifically to be quoted by AI systems. Plus six to eight content pieces a month, treatment-level landing pages, multi-location coverage, and digital PR and citation building. Monthly report.

A single implant case is worth £2,000 to £3,000 and Invisalign £2,450 upwards. The Practice build pays for itself on one extra patient. Authority pays for itself on less than one a month.

What moves the number

What actually drives the price of a dental website

The number of treatment pages, more than anything else. A practice that wants to be found for implants, Invisalign, composite bonding and whitening needs four pages written, each with its own fee, its own questions and its own schema. A practice that only wants to be found for general dentistry needs one. That single decision is most of the difference between the Starter and Practice packages.

Whether the content already exists. If you have a current fee list, team photographs and clinician GDC numbers to hand, the build starts the day you send them. If those have to be assembled, the timeline stretches and so does the work. It does not change the package price, but it is the most common reason a two-week build becomes a four-week one.

Integration. Connecting Dengro, Dentally, Carestream R4 or Software of Excellence is included on Practice and Group builds. On a Starter it is possible but quoted separately, because it is genuine work rather than a setting.

Number of sites. A group with three locations is not three times the work of one, but it is not one site either. Each location needs its own section, its own team, its own opening hours and its own LocalBusiness schema, or the group competes with itself in local search.

What does not change the price: where you are. We do not price by postcode. A practice in Westminster pays the same as one in Braintree, even though the market it is competing in is three hundred times denser.

Compare

Three ways to get a dental website, and what each one actually gives you

There is no single right answer here. A template builder is genuinely the correct choice for some practices. This is the honest version of the comparison rather than the one that always ends with us.

Feedback

What dentists have said

★★★★★

Finally, a website that reflects our practice

“Our old website didn't reflect the quality of care we provide. The new site feels modern, welcoming and professional, and we've had fantastic feedback from patients.”

Dr Sarah M.Practice Owner
★★★★★

They really understand dentistry

“They understood exactly what a dental practice website needs, from showcasing treatments to building patient trust. The entire process was straightforward and the finished website exceeded our expectations.”

Dr David P.Cosmetic Dentist
★★★★★

Helping us attract more private patients

“We wanted to grow our private treatments, particularly Invisalign and cosmetic dentistry. The new website presents these services beautifully and is already helping us generate better-quality enquiries.”

Dr Michael T.Principal Dentist

FAQs

Pricing questions

Why do you publish your prices?

Because six of the seven best-known UK dental web agencies do not. We think a practice principal should be able to work out a budget without booking a call.

Is the Essential plan compulsory?

It is included with every build because it covers hosting, security and the annual compliance check. It runs on 30 days’ notice, so you are not tied in.

What is not included in the build price?

Photography, if you want a professional shoot, and any third-party licence fees such as a booking system subscription. Copywriting, branding, schema, compliance checking and two rounds of feedback are all included.

Do you take payment in stages?

Yes. Fifty per cent to start, fifty per cent on launch, for all three packages.

What if we need more pages than the package includes?

We will quote for the extra pages rather than pushing you to a bigger package. Most practices find the Practice package covers what they need.

Will we own the website?

Yes, including the code. If you ever want to move it elsewhere we will hand it over.

Are free dental website templates worth using?

For a practice that is genuinely just establishing a presence, a template is a reasonable starting point and we will say so rather than quote you. The limits show up later. A template will not carry your GDC registration numbers or complaints procedure unless you add them, it will not give each treatment its own page, and on most builders you are renting rather than owning, so the site disappears when you stop paying. If any of those matter, the template becomes the more expensive option.

What makes a professional dental website different from a cheap one?

Six things, and most UK dental sites manage two of them. It loads fast on a phone. It answers what treatments cost. It has a page per treatment rather than one services page. It allows booking outside practice hours. It carries the GDC information correctly. And it is structured so AI systems can quote it. Price is a poor proxy for any of those, which is why we publish what each package includes rather than only what it costs.

How much does SEO cost for a dental practice in the UK?

Our Visibility plan is £497 a month for 30 tracked keywords and AI prompts, and Authority is £1,997 a month for 100. Across the wider UK market, small-business SEO retainers commonly run from around £500 to £2,000 a month, with agency retainers for competitive sectors higher again. Both of ours run on 30 days’ notice with no minimum term.

How much should a dental practice spend on marketing?

Practice advice varies and there is no regulated figure, so treat any percentage you are quoted as a rule of thumb rather than a benchmark. The more useful way to look at it is per case: a single implant case is worth £2,000 to £3,000 and an Invisalign case £2,450 upwards. A £2,995 website pays for itself on roughly one extra case, and a £497 a month plan on less than one case a quarter.
