Why the inbox is the problem
The most common way a dental practice loses an enquiry is not the website. It is the gap between the website and the practice.
A form emails an address that one person monitors. That person is on holiday. The enquiry sits for four days. By then the patient has booked with the practice that answered in an hour.
Connecting the form directly to the system your team already lives in removes that gap entirely. The enquiry appears in the same place as every other lead, in the same workflow, with the same follow-up prompts.

What we integrate with
Dengro. The most widely used dental lead management system in the UK, with around 1,600 searches a month in its own right. Website enquiries flow straight into your Dengro pipeline with the treatment interest attached.
Dentally. Cloud practice management. We connect the enquiry form and, where the practice wants it, online appointment requests.
Carestream R4 and Software of Excellence. Both long-established in UK practices. Integration is generally via the lead layer rather than direct write-access, which is the safer approach for patient records.
If you use something else, tell us. Most systems expose a way in and we will look at it before quoting.
The data
What we capture
Name, contact details, practice, treatment interest and where the enquiry came from. That last one matters more than practices expect: knowing that an implant enquiry came from the Invisalign page tells you something useful about your content.
We also record which package or treatment a visitor clicked before enquiring, so your team opens the conversation already knowing what the patient was looking at.

Which dental software do you integrate with?
Dengro, Dentally, Carestream R4 and Software of Excellence as standard. If you run something else, send us the name and we will check what is possible before quoting.
Is integration included in the price?
It is included on Practice and Group builds. On a Starter build the form emails you and can be upgraded later.
Can patients book appointments directly?
Depending on your system, either a direct booking or an appointment request that your team confirms. Most practices prefer the request model because it protects the diary, but both are possible.
Will it work with our existing forms?
We rebuild the forms as part of the site so that they capture the right information and connect properly. Keeping an old embedded form usually costs more in lost enquiries than it saves.
What happens if the integration breaks?
Enquiries fall back to email so nothing is lost, and uptime monitoring on the Essential plan alerts us. We fix integration failures as part of the plan rather than billing separately.
