On testimonials
Why we show initials
Dental principals are frequently reluctant to be publicly associated with marketing, and we respect that. Where a practice has asked not to be named, we show initials and role rather than pressing them.
What we do not do is write testimonials, incentivise reviews or generate them. The GDC guidance on testimonials is clear, and since the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 fake reviews are a banned commercial practice carrying penalties of up to 10% of global turnover.
If you would like to speak to a practice we have worked with, ask and we will see who is willing.

FAQs
Questions dentists ask us
Why are the testimonials shown by initials?
Because the practices asked. Dental principals are often reluctant to be publicly associated with marketing. Originals are held on file and we are happy to evidence them.
Can we speak to a practice you have worked with?
Ask and we will see who is willing. Some practices are happy to talk, others prefer not to.
Do you incentivise reviews?
No. It breaches GDC guidance and, since the DMCC Act 2024, incentivised or fabricated reviews are a banned commercial practice. We build review generation into our care plans, but only by asking genuine patients at the right moment.
