Dental website redesign
A dental website redesign rebuilds an existing practice site without losing the rankings, URLs and patient habits it has already earned. Most practices we work with do not have a traffic problem, they have a conversion problem. We start with a free audit of your current site against GDC rules and tell you honestly whether you need a rebuild or just fixes.
- Free compliance check of your current site before you commit
- Rankings preserved, every URL redirected properly
- An honest answer on whether a rebuild is even the right call

Before you spend anything
You may not need a rebuild
A meaningful proportion of the practices that approach us do not need a new website. They need three or four specific fixes to the one they have.
The usual culprits: a mobile layout that breaks the booking path, missing GDC registration numbers, a services page trying to do the work of eight treatment pages, and a Google Business Profile that has not been touched since it was created.
Those are cheaper and faster to fix than to rebuild around. We will tell you if that is your situation, and we will tell you before you have paid us anything.
The threshold
When a rebuild is the right call
A rebuild makes sense when the platform itself is the constraint. Heavy page-builder sites that cannot be made fast, themes that cannot carry proper schema, or a structure so tangled that adding a treatment page means fighting the template.
It also makes sense when the practice has changed and the site has not. Moving from NHS to private, adding implants or facial aesthetics, or merging two practices are all situations where the existing site is arguing for a business that no longer exists.
The migration
How we migrate without losing anything
Every existing URL is mapped and redirected. Nothing 404s, no ranking is dropped on the floor and no patient loses a bookmark.
Existing content that performs is kept and improved rather than binned. We check what your current site actually ranks for before we touch it, which is a step most agencies skip.
The phone number, opening hours and booking path stay where regular patients expect to find them. A redesign that confuses your existing patient base to impress new ones is a bad trade.

FAQs
Questions dentists ask us
Will we lose our Google rankings?
Not if the migration is done properly. Every URL is mapped and redirected, existing content that performs is preserved, and we check what you currently rank for before changing anything. Ranking losses in redesigns come from skipping those steps, not from redesigning.
Can you tell us what is wrong with our current site first?
Yes, free, and before you commit to anything. Send us the address and we will come back with a compliance check against GDC rules and an honest view of whether you need a rebuild or a handful of fixes.
What if we only need fixes?
Then we will say so. We would rather do a small honest job well than sell a rebuild that was not needed.
Do we keep our domain and email?
Yes. Nothing changes about your domain or email. We point the domain at the new site and everything else carries on.
How long does a redesign take?
The same as a new build: two to three weeks for a Starter site, three to four for a Practice site, with a little extra for the URL mapping if the existing site is large.
